A unique design, but lacking care

The mirrors throughout the hotel created a dazzling atmosphere, enhancing the modern design. The friendly staff truly made an effort to cater to my needs and made me feel welcome.

However, the cleanliness left a lot to be desired, with stained floors and unkempt corners in the room. The odd bathroom layout with glass doors felt uncomfortable, lacking privacy.

The hotel is conveniently located close to a metro.

We faced several issues during our stay. The bathroom setup was bizarre with no proper separation. it felt uncomfortable, especially with see-through doors. Additionally, the lack of hot water meant we had to struggle with either ice-cold or scalding showers. Service was disappointing too. when I asked to reheat my food due to being ill, I was met with rudeness and refusal, leaving me very frustrated.

my stay was a fantastic experience with a very modern and clean room that included cozy bathrobes and a nice gift box of toiletries. The hotel is just a short stroll away from major spots like placas d'espanya and the cathedral, making it easy to explore the city's charm on foot.

The staff were incredibly helpful, making sure we had everything we needed during our stay, and the room had the most amazing shower I've ever experienced. I loved relaxing by the rooftop pool and soaking up the sun on the terrace while enjoying some quiet time. The only downside was a slight delay with room service, but it didn’t take away from our lovely experience. 😊
